First Level: The ground floor features a heated two-car garage with a full-size washer and dryer, and a utility sink, ensuring convenience for all your needs. There is also a hang out area in the garage with two couches, TV, and a foosball table. 

Second Level: Head up to the second level, where an open floor plan seamlessly connects the living and dining areas. The dining area boasts a large wood family-style table with seating up to six, complemented by three barstools at the breakfast bar for extra seating. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s delight with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal for your friends or family.
