Description

Struggling to find somewhere to charge your Tesla on the mountain? Good news! You can charge your ride while you relax in this cozy chalet, as it has a charging station installed in the garage. This home is conveniently located in the heart of Government Camp and is within walking distance of multiple retail shops, restaurants, and outdoor activities. The Adventure Park at Mt. Hood Skibowl, open during winter and summer, and three other local ski resorts are only a quick drive away. This unit is also a short walk away from our Creekside Lodge, where you and your family can swim in our outdoor pool or soak in our hot tub.

This condo is a triple-level townhouse that offers an in-unit Tesla charging station in the heated two-car garage on the first floor. In the garage, you will also find a full-size washer and dryer and a utility sink for your convenience. The second level is an open floor plan with a ski-lodge themed living space and a half bathroom. The dining room is neatly decorated with artwork and a beautiful wood dining table with seating for up to six. There are also three barstools at the breakfast bar for extra seating.

Directly to the left is the fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and wood flooring. The living room is spacious but cozy with a large leather sofa, and two oversized lounge chairs facing the gas fireplace, and a flat-screen TV. Just off the family room, you can access the private balcony with a grill for all of your barbequing needs and several chairs to lounge in on a nice blue-bird day! 

The third level offers two bathroomsand two bedrooms plus a semi-private den that can comfortably sleep up to six guests. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, and a small desk for reading or checking emails. This room also offers a private bathroom. The guest room has a queen-size bed and the semi-private den has a twin-size bunk bed. 

All units are stocked with extra blankets and have enough towels to meet the maximum occupancy.
